returns, exchanges and complaints

  • If the goods purchased in the e-shop do not fit or do not suit you, do not despair. You can return them to us without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery.
  • We would be very happy if you could tell us the reason for the return. We look into each case and it will allow us to continue to improve our services.

Where can I return purchased goods?

Choose how you want to return the goods to us. You have the choice:

  1. Return via Mail Order
    • the goods together with the completed form (request me the form), do not write anything on the package and go to any Zásilkovna delivery point
    • There you will inform the operator that you want to send the shipment to Create and Sip sro and give them our identification number. Request the identification number at: order@createsipandshop.com
    • The operator will print an address label, stick it on the package, and give you a confirmation of delivery.
    • You don’t pay anything on the spot.
  2. Return by mail
    • If none of the Zásilkovna branches or any of our stores suits you, you can send the package to us by post (or any other courier/shipping service) at your own expense.
    • Pack the goods securely, attach the completed form (request us) and send everything as a registered package to our address . Request our return address at: order@createsipandshop.com
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept the goods at any other address and the package will be returned to you.
    • Please do not send us goods on delivery, as we cannot accept such a shipment and it will be returned to you.

What else do I need to know about returns?

Just a few more things:

  • Personalized goods are not eligible for a return or refund of the purchase price.
  • Goods purchased at a discount are not eligible for a return or refund of the purchase price.
  • Returned goods must be  complete,  unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging and must contain all original tags and tags  – only then can they make someone else happy .
  • Please send us any gifts you received (e.g. magazine, cosmetics or gift voucher) with the returned goods.
  • We will send the money to the account you provided in the return form within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods.
  • If the goods are in 100% condition, we will of course refund you the full price; if they are not (or something is missing), we will have to deduct something.

Can I exchange goods purchased in the e-shop?

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange goods via delivery services. But we have a solution and it’s not complicated!

  • Or send it back in the same way as you would return goods (including the completed form, request it to us)
  • Place a new order for the desired goods, which please be paid for using one of the standard payment methods offered.
  • We will refund your money immediately upon receipt of the returned goods; unfortunately, it is not possible to offset the price of the new goods against the price of the returned goods.

How can I claim defective goods?

We don’t like it and we’re sorry, sometimes things go wrong. But we’re prepared for that too.

  • Please fill out the complaint protocol (ask us the form)
  • We will handle the complaint in accordance with the complaint procedure within 30 days at the latest (usually faster) and we will inform you about the method of handling it by email.
